Five Things to Think About When Working with Technical Clients


I have worked as an internal and external organizational development consultant for 25 years, all with technical clients –engineers, research scientists, and IT/computer science professionals. I am a social scientist, and I am not naturally “mechanical” as my wife will attest. Home repairs are not my thing. However, I have great respect for the skills and problem solving abilities of technical professionals.
